BOK Field Bus Drop Off / Rowdy Students Watch
Spring 2010: Signs have been installed along Bigler
St. for 'No Bus Parking'.
School buses are supposed to be dropping off students and
players at the 10th Street entrance. They sometimes stop at
the 11th & Bigler gate (which is not supposed to be used for this purpose).
Several neighbors are monitoring and documenting this activity and reporting
this to the Philadelphia School District.
Also, neighbors are monitoring and documenting any disruptive
activity by students before or after the games. They are reporting this to
the principal of the school district involved and the Philadelphia School
District.

Marconi/Stella Maris Permit Parking
This is a program for residents to receive a parking
permit and two guest passes that will allow them to park in the neighborhood
during stadium events. The SPCCA was responsible for negotiating and
implementing this program with the assistance the
Philadelphia Parking
Authority.
Residents and their guests are required to display their permits
during stadium events. All non-permit vehicles are fined and towed.

To obtain the permit in person:
1) Bring your car registration and a utility bill showing the same
address in our area
2) Go to 3101 Market St. and let them know you reside in the 'Stadium
District' for Eagles games permits coordinated by the SPCCA.
