► Marconi/Stella Maris Permit Parking

   This is a program for residents to receive a parking permit and two guest passes that will allow them to park in the neighborhood during stadium events. The SPCCA was responsible for negotiating and implementing this program with the assistance the Philadelphia Parking Authority. 

  Residents and their guests are required to display their permits during stadium events.  All non-permit vehicles are fined and towed.

   For information or to request parking permits, call Deara Person at (215) 683-9729 (Philadelphia Parking Authority).  Refer to the 'Stadium Permit Parking Program' when asking questions.

To obtain the permit in person:
1) Bring your car registration and a utility bill showing the same address in our area
2) Go to 3101 Market St. and let them know you reside in the 'Stadium District' for Eagles games permits coordinated by the SPCCA.
